FAQ's
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Usually, it takes 3–7 business days to prepare an order, after which it’s shipped out.
The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
● USA: 3–4 business days
● Europe: 6–8 business days
● Australia: 2–14 business days
● Japan: 4–8 business days
● International: 10–20 business days
These are estimations only and shipping times may vary depending on seasonal demand and covid disruptions.
WHERE WILL MY ORDER SHIP FROM?
We work with a print-on-demand merch company. They have multiple locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently - usually the one that’s closest to you.
WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS DUTY FOR MY ORDER?
An additional customs and tax fee may occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they will apply duties and taxes to your purchases. This will mainly apply to orders placed from the International/Other locations category.
MY ORDER SHOULD BE HERE BY NOW, BUT I STILL DON’T HAVE IT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Before getting in touch with us, please do the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Stop by your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbour’s, get in touch with us at support@worstpremadeever.co.uk with your order number. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
COVID-19 DELIVERY DELAYS
Fulfilment and delivery times may be longer than predicted and may continue to increase until things get back to normal. We're seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers as the entire industry is grappling with challenges. It's difficult to predict the shipping times. We’re sorry for any inconvenience if your order takes longer than predicted to make its way to you.
HOW ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?
We work with a print-on-demand merch company. They have printing locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently - this is usually the one closest to you. This method of production is better for the environment compared to storing the merch and sending them all over the world from one location. It also means we’re far less likely to run out of any particular sizes.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at support@worstpremadeever.co.uk
I RECEIVED A WRONG/DAMAGED PRODUCT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at support@worstpremadeever.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
WHAT'S YOUR RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY?
If you live in the UK or elsewhere in the world, we can't offer returns or refunds if you change your mind or choose the wrong size. This is because our products are printed on demand and custom-made by our merch supplier at the time of your order.
If you live in with the European Union you have a statutory 14-day window starting when you receive your order where you can request a refund for any reason. If you wish to do this, please visit the "EU Cancel Contract" page which can be found on the website footer and fill out the form. Once you have returned the item to us we can then issue a refund. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot issue a refund if your order is lost in transit. All return shipping costs will need to be covered by yourself and the refunded amount will not include the initial shipping costs.
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS FOR DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS?
Yes, absolutely. No matter where you live in the world, if there is a printing defect, damage, or you received the completely wrong item, we will make it right!
Please contact us at support@worstpremadeever.co.uk with clear photos of the wrong/damaged item and your order number. To be eligible for a replacement or refund for damaged goods, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE?
Because items are printed on demand, we do not stock warehouses of pre-printed sizes to swap out and cannot offer refunds for orders containing the wrong size. If you are unsure which size would fit best, please double check our sizing charts which can be found in the product description section of every item listed on our store.
SIZING GUIDE
Length (A)
Place the end of a measuring tape beside the collar at the top of the garment (high point shoulder). Pull the tape to the bottom of the garment.
Chest (B)
Measure yourself around the fullest part of your chest. Keep the tape measure horizontal.
Sleeve Length (C)
Place one end of the tape at the top of the set-in sleeve, then pull the tape down until you reach the hem of the sleeve.

PRINTED APPAREL
Printed apparel should be machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and similar colours. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. You shouldn't use any fabric softeners or dry-clean the items.
Printed apparel can be tumble-dried on a low cycle, but we recommend old fashioned hang-drying. When it comes to ironing, use cool iron inside-out. Don't iron the print.
Follow these instructions carefully to reduce fading and cracking of the print, and shrinking the garment that can occur if you wash or dry it on a high setting.
EMBROIDERED APPAREL
Embroidered apparel should be machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colours. You can use a small amount of chlorine bleach, but non-chlorine is the safer option.
If you notice any colour residue in water, rinse the garment in lukewarm water and then in cold several times, but try not to rub any stained embroidery. Embroidered clothing can also be dry-cleaned.
After washing, don't leave the clothing to soak or lie in a pile while wet. Don't wring out the embroidered items, but if you want to tumble-dry them, use a cool air setting. If the garment needs ironing, do it inside-out, preferably between two pieces of cloth. You shouldn't wet embroidery before ironing or use a steam iron.
